Nature is an amazing gift for expanding consciousness, restoring an overwhelmed nervous system, accessing states of bliss, and connecting with our higher self. Spending time in Nature inspires me daily! This picture is from a beloved park I love to visit. Since nature is everywhere, the simplest action can be sitting by a tree, soaking up the sun, gazing at a bird, or looking up at the stars. We can shift instantly and access greater feelings of calm, appreciation, wonder, and yes... magic!
