Leopold Love Arlig joins us from Sweden to share about Tapping in a gifted workshop.
Tapping is a technique where lightly tapping on specific meridian points on the body brings relaxation, peace and a calmer nervous system. Leopold uses this regularly for his own wellness and with clients too! He will share about Tapping and take us through a few rounds.
